Regal Moulds was established in 1979 by the existing owners Andrew Regan and John Danks after many years working in the plastic industry.

We are toolmakers specializing in the design and manufacture of plastic moulds in Thermoplastic and Thermosetting materials.

We have a team of highly skilled toolmakers, enabling us to produce all types of tooling from quick turn around aluminium tools to complex multi-cavity hot runner production tools to a weight of 1500kg.

We are also able to offer sub-contract wire erosion cnc spark erosion and cnc milling.
